Course Details: A Step-by-Step Comprehensive Program to Collect and Analyze EEG Data with Emotiv EPOC Neuroheadset & EEGLAB MATLAB

The goals of this course includes, but is not limited to, providing hands-on learning in setting up, collecting, processing, and visualizing raw EEG data, using the Emotiv EPOC neuroheadset series and EEGLab Matlab compiled open source software version.

Course Name: A Step-by-Step Comprehensive 12-Weeks Course to Collect and Analyze EEG Data with Emotiv EPOC Neuroheadset & EEGLAB MATLAB Compiled Version

Hands-On Learning

  • How to set up hardware and software.
  • How to collect raw EEG data from human participants.
  • How to process the raw EEG data.
  • How to visualize (2D and 3D) the processed EEG data.

Note: Interpreting the visualized EEG data is out of the realm of this course and will NOT be covered in this course. Interpreting data is highly personalized per research project.
